Bridge the gap between your visits.

Kinecto runs warm phone calls with your clients between your scheduled visits, captures what changed, and shares everything with you and the family by default. You walk into every visit informed. Families stay in the loop without calling you for updates.

Why Care Managers Use Kinecto

Know what happened between visits

Kinecto's calls capture mood, sleep, appetite, pain mentions, social engagement, and topic patterns. You get summaries flagging what changed since your last visit. No more walking in blind.

Shape the calls without scripting them

Add private notes for each upcoming call. "Ask how the new medication is sitting. Check on the hip pain from last week." Kinecto weaves your prompts into natural conversation. You guide the call without the call feeling clinical.

Pre-visit briefs and post-visit handoffs

The night before each visit, get a brief on what's changed since you last saw your client. After your visit, log what you observed and Kinecto carries it forward into the next calls. Continuous care, not disconnected events.

Private clinical notes layer

Log clinical observations in a layer families don't see by default. Share specific notes with families when appropriate. Your professional documentation stays separate from family-facing communication.

Families stay in the loop automatically

Every Kinecto call generates a summary that goes to both you and the family. You stop being the messenger between elderly clients and adult children. Kinecto handles that flow so you can focus on care.

FAQ for Care Managers

No. Most care managers introduce Kinecto naturally during onboarding or after a visit when families ask how to stay more connected. Your unique signup link makes it a 30-second introduction. We provide a one-page handout and email templates if you want them.

The family. They're the buyer, they own the account, they control which loved ones are linked, and they can unlink you at any time. You're a collaborator with defined permissions, not the account owner.

Not by default. Clinical notes are care-manager-only. You can choose to share specific notes with the family when relevant. Your professional documentation stays in your control.

The family can unlink you anytime. You lose dashboard access for that client immediately.

We recommend disclosing your use of Kinecto to families per your professional code (ALCA, NAPGCM, or your local equivalent). We provide suggested disclosure language. Many care managers note Kinecto in their service agreement under "tools we use to coordinate care."
